HIV感染诊断替代检测策略现场应用评价设计中的相关问题探讨 被引量：3

摘要 1前言 我国HIV感染者报告数与估计数之间存在巨大差距。经典的ELISA／WB联合诊断检测费用高，等待结果时间长，在一定程度上影响了检测的可及性。国际上大量的替代检测策略研究表明：ELISA和（或）简单／快速检测法组合使用能提供与ELISA／WB联合试验同样可靠的检验结果，且费用低得多，确认实验仅在无法明确诊断时才使用。
