反相高效液相色谱法测定不同方法提取长春花中脱水长春碱的含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定不同方法提取长春花鲜叶中脱水长春碱含量的方法。方法:分别采用冷浸法、匀浆-空化法、超声法、热回流法对长春花鲜叶进行提取并比较含量。结果:长春花鲜叶以甲醇冷浸3h时脱水长春碱提取率最高。结论:本方法灵敏、准确,可为长春花鲜叶中脱水长春碱的定量分析提供科学、有效的检测手段。 OBJECTIVE:To establish RP - HPLC method for the determination of anhydrovinblastine extracted from catharanthus roseus fresh leaves in different ways.METHODS: Anhydrovinblastine was extracted from catharanthus roseus fresh leaves in different ways: merceration, homogenate-cavitation, ultrasonic wave method and hot reflux method .The contents of anhydrovinblastine extracted by different methods were compared .RESULTS:Merceration of catharanthus roseus fresh leaves with methanol for 3 hours exhibited the maximum extraction yield of anhydrovinblastine .CONCLUSION: This determination method is sensitive and accurate, which serves as a scientific and effective means for the quantitative analysis of anhydrovinblastine in catharanthus roseus fresh leaves.
