摘要
Under Industrialization and urbanization,both of the peasants’ division of production and the assembly of township enterprises produce multiple effect on the odds of growth,and turn into the mostly drive for fast development of the rural economy.During the process,the diversity and independence of the financial organizations play rising role in the rural economic development.One of the important problems is that the government how to carry out the public investment in order to boost the margin productivity of the nongovernmental finance,and result in the endogenous growth,which is an urgent solving one for the development of rural nongovernmental finance.
