摘要
本文采用摒气FLASHT1WI和SET1WI对30例原发性肝癌作了动态增强MRI,结果显示,在动态增强早期(1-3分钟)原发性肝细胞癌即出现强化,多为不均匀强化,动态增强有利于对肿瘤形态特征、肿瘤假包膜、瘤内坏死、囊变及肿瘤范围的确切显示。增强后各时相肝癌正常肝实质的SD/N减小(P<0.05),延迟期由于Gd-DTPA在病灶内滞留,肿瘤的绝对增强S/N增大,1分钟与10分钟S/N相差显著(P<0.05)。
Thirty patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were examined with serial magnetic resonance (MR) imaging at 1. 0 T witn FLASH and SE sequence. The following features were oberserved: On dynamic enhanced images, all lesions had early vigorous enhrlncement that was inhomogeneous in most of 30 hepatocellular carcinoma. Dynamic enhanced imaginF was useful to define the morphology, capsule, necrosis, cystic area and the boundary of the tumor. After bolus injection, lesion-liver SD/N was markedly reduced (P<0.05).At delayed stage, the absolute enhancement S/N increased because of Gd-DTPA retaining. There was a significant difference of the S/N between 1 and 10 minutes (P<0.05).
