摘要 辅酶Q_(10)由于具有多种生理功能而得到广泛应用,介绍了近年来微生物发酵法生产辅酶Q_(10)在高产菌株的筛选、传统方法诱变育种、基因工程定向育种、发酵工艺优化、提取纯化工艺优化和定量分析等方面的研究进展。 Coenzyme Q10 was widely used because of its various physiology functions. Recently research advances of production of coenzyme Q10 by microbial fermentation, mainly focusing on the screening of potent strains and their breeding by conventional mutagenesis and genetic engineering, the engineering optimization of fermentation processes, the optimal strategies of extraction and purification, and the quantitative analysis of coenzyme Ql0 ,were discussed in the paper.
