荧光定量PCR法检测食管癌外周血Survivin m-RNA的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin在食管癌患者外周血中表达的临床意义。方法共93例食管良、恶性病变患者,采用荧光定量PCR法,检测外周血Survivin m-RNA,分别观察其在食管良性病变、原位癌及浸润癌患者外周血中的表达强度。结果Survivin m-RNA在食管良性病变、原位癌及浸润癌患者外周血中均呈渐进性高表达,并与病期有关。结论外周血中Survivin m-RNA表达强度与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关,实时荧光定量PCR法检测食管癌外周血中Survivin m-RNA,可方便食管癌的诊断及指导治疗。 Objective To investigate the relationship of apoptotic gene Survivin in the peripheral blood of esophageal cancer patients. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of Survivin m-RNA in the peripheral blood of 93 patients with different esophageal lesions, including benign lesion, canser in situ, and invasive carcinoma. Results The expression of Survivin m-RNA in the peripheral blood of these patients increased progressively from benign lesion to invasive carcinoma, and was related with staging. Conclusion The expression of Survivin m-RNA in the peripheral blood is closely related with the genesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR used to detect the expression of Survivin m-RNA in the peripheral blood may he more convenient for the diagnosis and guidance of treating esophageal carcinoma.
