摘要
中国大豆产业面临严峻的形势。一些有识之士发出了重振我国大豆产业的呼吁。大豆食品工业是大豆产业链的重要环节。作者从发展大豆食品工业的角度,提出了3个方面的看法和建议:1.从战略眼光重视大豆和大豆食品资源。2.推广大豆和大豆配料在食品和平衡膳食中的应用。3.相关各界合力促进大豆食品工业的健康发展。
Our soybean industry is facing a serious challenge. The intellects with long views appeal to personalities of relevant circles of the industry in China for revitalization of our soybean industry. Soyfood industry is an important link in the chain of soybean industry. In order to promote the development of soyfood industry, the author provides his proposal in three respects: 1. Top importance in regarding the soybean and soyfoods as strategic food resource. 2. Expanding the use of soy ingredients in various foods and adding soy containing foods to balanced diet. 3. Government, enterprises, institutes, organizations and the whole society should share the responsibility in developing the soyfood industry in China.
