摘要
可持续发展是科学发展观的核心;济南都市经济圈的提出是提高济南市经济整体实力,促进济南市乃至山东省经济发展的必由之路.本文针对该区独特的区情,基于资源承载力的概念出发,运用一系列的评价模式,选取相应的评价参数,考察了该区的可持续发展水平和能力,指出济南都市经济圈的可持续发展水平处于经济资源驱动阶段,可持续发展能力处于中等可持续发展阶段,资源承载能力较2003年有所下降.
Sustainable development is the core of scientific approach of development. In order to develop economy of Jinan and all the Shandong province, we put forward developing metropolitan economy region of Jinan first. Based on the concept of resource loading, this paper saw about the sustainable development level and capability. In this process, we managed a series of judge model and used relevant parameter. It offered necessary support to construct the metropolitan economy region of Jinan.
