冠状动脉内移植骨髓干细胞治疗急性心肌梗死进展

摘要 心肌梗死早期给予骨髓干细胞(bone marrow cells,BMCs)冠状动脉内注射途径方法简单,创伤小。BMCs定向分化能力较强,自体BMCs有较易获得,具有无免疫排斥、不引起伦理道德上的争议等优点。经冠状动脉内注射移植骨髓干细胞能够改善心功能,但机制有待阐明,研究样本量小和远期的疗效不确切等问题尚需解决。动物研究提示,骨髓干细胞中的间充质干细胞移植在4周内能短暂改善左心室功能,可能为早期的旁分泌效应所致。监测骨髓干细胞植入后的存活、生物学特性及功能的方法尚待完善。
