摘要
作者结合医院管理建设的实践,提出了军队医院的建设,必须以科学发展观指导,以军事斗争卫勤保障为牵引,明确具有战略性、科学性的目标,并围绕目标抓好系统建设;以强化人才建设,提高医疗服务质量,突出科研成果等措施,加快自身发展;以突出理念创新、管理创新及科技创新,推动卫勤保障能力的持续提升。
With the experience of hospital management, the author proposed that to develop hospital, we should be guided by scientific development view, bedraught by medical support for military conflict, confirm construction objective and surround it to carry out system construction, quicken development of itself by strengthen professional construction, improving medical quality and developing scientific research, upgrade ability of medical support by innovating idea, management and scientific technology.
