摘要
研究了单独添加不同含量的铌与复合添加铌、钛时激光熔覆铁基原位生成颗粒增强复合涂层的组织特点。研究表明,往FeCSiB系合金粉末中无论单独添加铌还是复合添加铌、钛均能得到成形良好、组织均匀细化、大量颗粒均匀弥散分布的熔覆层。在相同的激光熔覆条件下,复合添加铌、钛得到的熔覆层组织中颗粒的面积比例和单独添加Nb大体相当,但是复合添加得到的颗粒更为细小,数目更多。单独添加Nb时,整个熔覆层内显微硬度分布比较均匀;随着添加量的增加,平均显微硬度先下降后上升。
The microstructure of the Fe-based clad composite coating reinforced by in-situ particles was investigated, using laser clad FeCSiB powder added with niobium and titanium. It showed that a uniform, fine clad coating reinforced by a lot of in-situ particles can be acquired, when adding Nb separately or adding Nb and Ti jointly. When the content of Nb added separately was same to the content of Nb and Ti added jointly, there was more pro-eutectic austenite and more particles in the latter cladding coating. The result is similar to the difference between the laser clad coatings by adding V separately and adding Ti and V jointly. It shows that the effect of adding strong-carbide-formation-elements jointly is better than adding separately. When adding Nb separately, the mocrohardness fell down first and then went up as the content of Nb added increased.
