摘要
为了实现导弹舵机的高效和高精度频率特性测试,提出了一种基于线性调频脉冲(chirp信号)扫频的新型频率特性测试方法.分析了调频脉冲扫频信号的特点,设计了以该信号为激励信号的频率特性测试过程,解决了激励信号产生和数据采集处理等关键问题,并与常规的频率特性测试方法进行了比较试验研究.试验结果表明,调频脉冲扫频法具有与正弦逐点扫描法相同的测试精度和重复性,适合导弹舵机频率特性的快速测试.
In order to test the frequency response of missile actuator with high efficiency and precision, a new testing method for frequency response based on frequency modulated pulse sweep(chirp signal) is advanced. The characteristic of frequency modulated pulse sweep is analyzed, and the frequency response testing procedure with chirp as motivation is introduced, the key technique is also settled including how to generate chirp and how to sample and process the testing data. The experimental results compared with conventional frequency response testing methods showed that the new testing method with high efficiency and precision is the ideal frequency response testing method for missile actuators.
