摘要
将计算机辅助设计技术应用于大型带式输送机系统的设计,开发了基于CEMA标准的大型带式输送机设计系统。系统采用面向对象的软件开发技术,依据最新的CEMA标准设计流程,应用可视化动态图形组件技术和数据库技术,具有动态图形化输送机侧形设计和建模,以及强大的部件数据库及其库管理等功能,能够进行输送机关键部件的优化选型和参数分析、可视化计算和校核。
Application technology of computer- aided de.sign to long belt conveyor system is presented. A software system of belt conveyor design based on the standard CEMA has been developed, which adopts object - oriented technology to design optimally according to the new method of standard CEMA. Use dynamic visual components and database, the profile and operation of belt conveyor are modeled on real - time. Furthermore, enriched and efficient equipment database and management can help us optimize facility, analyze parameters, calculate visually and verify.
