摘要
钻柱接头的直径大于管体直径,在通常情况下钻柱与井壁间的接触发生在接头上。建立考虑接头钻柱的力学模型,并用迭代法进行求解,成功地分析了考虑接头钻柱在钻进、起钻、下钻、空转及倒划眼时与井壁的接触力、摩阻扭矩,并能预测各接头处接触力的大小、方向。通过与现场试验数据相比较,对钩载的预测误差小于5%,对扭矩的预测误差小于7%。该模型为预测钻柱摩阻扭矩提供了一个快捷准确的方法。
The diameter of connector usually is bigger than that of drilling string.Under normal conditions,the body of drilling string was not contact with the hole/casing.The mechanical model of drilling string with connectors was set up in the paper,and was analyzed by iteration method for drag and torque during drilling,pulling out,going down and back reaming.The model can predict the magnitude and direction of contact force at every connector.Compared the calculated data with the field data,the errors of the hook load was less than 5% and that of torque was less than 7%.This model offered a simple and effective method for predicting the drag and torque of drilling string.
