摘要
简要介绍了络合脱氮技术。针时白土车间的液相-脱氮系统生产中出现的尾油罐因腐蚀造成的泄漏问题,通过实验室腐蚀试验考察了介质和操作条件对设备腐蚀的影响,指出尾油罐的腐蚀是因为局部湿度过高和水的共同作用结果。采用JSH-td型低腐蚀性的脱氮剂并改进加热方式可使腐蚀得到减缓。
The complexing technology is briefly discussed. To deal with the corrosion leakage in the tail oil tank in the liquid-phase-denitrogenation system of the white clay plant, the impact of service media and operating conditions on equipment corrosion is studied in laboratory test. It is concluded that the tail oil tank corrosion is attributed to the combination effect of excessive localized wetness and water. The application of JSH-TD denitrogenation agent with low corrosivity and improvement of heating design can mitigate the corrosion.
