摘要
对ＭＴＴ还原法用于检测ＮＫ细胞毒活性进行了方法学探讨，实验表明，在ＭＴＴ还原法中，用二甲亚砜代替异丙醇溶解存活的靶细胞，并选效靶细胞比例为１０：１，效应细胞浓度为１×１０＾６，孵育时间４ｈ，即能获得满意的结果。
The colorimetric MTT reduction assay was established to measure NK cell activity,The results showed that the more suitable conditions for MTT assay were:using DMSO instead of propanol to dissolve formazen,setting effective/target cell ratio as:10:1,the effective cell concentration 1×106 cells/ml and incubating for 4 h.
