摘要
糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病的独立并发症,其主要病理改变为心肌肥大和间质纤维化。轻者仅有心室舒张功能障碍,随病情进展,逐渐出现心室收缩功能异常,直至心力衰竭。中医药治疗糖尿病心肌病有一定优势。林兰认为,糖尿病心肌病临床表现以心气虚、心阴虚为主,兼夹血瘀。临床常按心气不足,心阴亏虚;心阴不足,虚火偏旺;心肾阳虚,水气凌心进行辨治。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is an independent diabetic complication. The main pathological manifestations are hypertrophy of cardiac muscle and fibrosis of tissue space. In slight state of illness ,only disfunction of ventricle diastole can be observed,with the development,disfunction of ventricle systole will appear, and then heart failure will occur gradually. TCM has its own unique method to treat diabetic cardionyopathy. In Lin Lan＇s view,the clinical manifestations of diabetic cardiomyopathy are mainly Deficinency of Heart Qi and Deficiency of Heart Yin,accompanied with blood sta- sis. Clinically,several syndromes,such as Deficiency of Heart Qi, Deficiency of Heart Yang;Deficiency of Heart Yin,flaming of deficiency - fire; and Yang deficiency of both heart and kidney, attack of the heart by retained fluid are treated.
