摘要
将60只1日龄北京白鸡,饲养至14日龄,随机分组进行传染性法氏囊中等毒力疫苗的免疫,各组分别添加黄芪、岩藻和油菜3种植物提取的多糖成分,添加剂量为10 mg/只。26日龄进行二免,首免及二免都采用滴鼻点眼方式进行。二免后定期采血检测法氏囊中和抗体效价和外周血淋巴细胞体外转化率。结果表明:二免后2周,除了油菜多糖以外,其他2种多糖添加组的中和抗体滴度与对照组相比无显著差异;各组的淋巴细胞体外转化率显著高于对照组,表明3种植物多糖成分能促进淋巴细胞增殖,有待于进一步开发为传染性法氏囊病的免疫增强剂。
The experiment was done to observe the effect of Tragacanth, Rock alga and Cole on the immune response to Infectious bursal disease(IBD) moderate virulence live vaccine in chickens. Three kinds of amylose were added to IBD moderate virulence live vaccine by eye and nose drop administration. The antibody titers and peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) proliferation ratio in vitro were tested after the boost immunication. It was show that at doseages of 10 mg for one bird, there was no significantly difference between the VN antibody of IBDV and the control group except for the Cole amylose. Tragacanth, Rock and Rock alga amylose could increase peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) proliferation in vitro significantly.
