摘要
建立了主轴的三维有限元模型,并利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对主轴部件进行了模态分析,得出了主轴前五阶固有频率和振型,了解主轴部件的各阶振动模态的特点,对于研究主轴部件的动态特性是十分必要的,有利于机床主轴系统的整体设计及其制造。
The paper establishes the 3D finite element model of the spindle and calculates the result of vibration mode analysis of it on ANSYS. The first five natural frequencies and vibration modes of the spindle are obtained, it is very essential to research the dynamic characteristics of spindle and design of the spindle system.
