摘要
以提高医师,特别是专科医师执业能力和执业道德为立足点,针对目前我国毕业后医学教育工作的现状,结合我国有关法律及法规,从专科医师制度研究背景、专科医师培养模式和培养标准、专科医师培训管理体制和机制、专科医师考核与评价体系、专科医师准入制度立法及专科医师培养筹资机制等方面阐述了本项工作的必要性和可能遇到的困难。认为医院科教管理者能力的培育和实践,关系到我国毕业后医学教育工作的发展,关系到我国专科医师培养和准入制度的成功建立。
With the aim of improvement of the professional ability and ethics of medical doctors, especially of diplomates , this paper described the necessities and possible difficulties to achieve this goal concerning the research background of diplomate systems, the paradigms and standards of diplomate's trainings, the administrant systems and mechanisms of diplomate's trainings, the assessing and evaluating system of diplomates, the legislations of diplomate's qualifications, the funding systems of diplomate's trainings, etc, basing on the current situation after graduation medical education and relevant laws and rules in our country. It suggests that the trainings and practices of administrators who manage scientific and educational affairs in hospitals concern the developments after graduation medical education and successful establishment of diplomate's qualifications system in our country.
