摘要
目的 建立地巴唑片的含量测定方法。方法 采用Inertsil ODS-3（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相：甲醇-水（80：20），流速1．0mL·min^11，检测波长277nm，进样量10μL。结果 地巴唑在0．198～1．98mg范围内具有良好线性关系，平均回收率为98.9％，RSD=1．2％（n=9）。结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于地巴唑片的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for detrmination of bendazol tablets. METHODS A simple HPLC method for determination of bendazol is established. The analytical column is Inersil ODS-3 250mm ×4.6mm, 5μm. Methanol-water （80 ： 20）is used as mobile phase, flow rate at 1.0mL · min^-1. The eluate is monitored at 277nm. RESULTS The bendazol was linear in the concentrtion range of 0. 198-1.98mg, the recovery of bendazol determination was 98.9 %, RSD was 1.2 % （n= 9）. CONCLUSION The results showed this method is simple,accurate and reproducible. The method suitable for the quality control bendazol tablets.
