摘要
文中对趋势包络预测方法进行了详细介绍,并应用此方法,依据历年的数据对黑龙江省农机总动力进行了预测。预测结果与实际数据相对照表明,预测精度较高,这对黑龙江省农业机械发展规划有着重要意义,为规划提供了依据。
This paper introduce the forecasting method of trend envelope totally, and based on the old data, the Heilongjiang Provice agriculture machinery total power prediction is carried on with the method. The result of the prediction indicate the precision of the prediction that mean well. It is very important meaning for the Heilongjiang Provice agriculture machinery developing plan and the result offer basis for the plan.
