摘要
目的回顾肉毒毒素在面部美容中应用的最新进展,探讨肉毒毒素在面部美容的适应证及规范的使用方法。方法应用计算机检索PubMed数据库2000-2006年的相关文章,检索词为“botulinumtoxinandfacialaestheticsorcosmetic”,并限定文章语言种类为英文。同时检索中国期刊全文数据库2000-2006年的相关文章,检索词为“肉毒毒素、面部、美容”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。对资料进行初审,并查看每篇文献后的引文。与本文相关内容纳入,重复文章或Meta分析类文章排除。结果共收集到英文文献93篇,中文文献23篇,取有代表性文章纳入13篇。综合纳入的文献,对肉毒毒素在面部美容的适应证,以及各部位,包括额纹、眉间纹、鱼尾纹、鼻唇沟、口周皱纹、颈部皱纹、咬肌的使用方法进行了综述。结论肉毒毒素在美容外科领域有非常好的应用前景。
Objective The application of Botulinum Toxin in facial aestheticscontinues to evolve. The latest development of Botulinum Toxin in facial aesthetics was reviewed here, and the treatment protocol was also discussed. Methods We searched the PubMed database for the related articles published from 2000 to present, using the key words ＂Botulinum Toxin and facial aesthetics or cosmetic＂, and limited the articles only in English. Meanwhile, using the same key words in Chinese, we searched China Journal Full text Database for related articles published from 2000 to present. The retrieved articles were screened and theirreferences were gone through. Representative articles were chosen and others were excluded. Results A total of 93 English articles and 23 Chinese articles were retrieved. Among them, 13 representative articles were selected as references. By reviewing the retrieved articles, we summarized the application of Botulinum Toxin in facial aesthetics, especially in forehead lines, glabellarfrown lines, lateral canthal rhytids, nasolabial fold, platysma bands and masseterhypertrophy. Conclusion Botulinum Toxin has a wide application future in facial aesthetics.
