摘要
目的：观察微小切口治疗多发性脂囊瘤的治愈率，并评估其临床疗效。方法：30例多发性脂囊瘤患者，手术采用在顶端微小切口切开囊壁，挤出囊内容物，剥除囊壁，术后切口愈合。结果：30例患者，术后随访0．5～1年，痊愈28例，复发2例，复发患者经再次治疗后痊愈。结论：微小切口是治疗多发性脂囊瘤的较好方法，疗效显著，瘢痕小，患者可以接受。
Objective Study on the cure rate and evaluate the effectiveness of the minute incision surgical technique for the treatment of steatocystoma multiplex. Methods 30 cases of different regional steatocystoma multiplex were included in the study. We punctured the cysts and made a minute incision on the top of the cyst and evacuated the contents by squeezing the cyst, Then, the cyst wall were extracted through small holes. All of the patients were following up for half a year. Results only 2 patients relapsed and are cured when performed the minute incision surgery again. The technique is not suitable to the infected lesions, calcified sac and contents in the cyst solidified. Conclusion The treatment was well tolerated and accepted by the patient. No complications developed during or after the procedure. The minute incision surgical technique is a better method to treat steatocystoma multiplex.
