聚维酮联合阿霉素对人膀胱癌T24细胞株的作用

摘要 聚维酮(PVP)作为阿霉素(ADM)溶剂行膀胱灌注具有黏膜黏附和免疫增强作用。但PVP是否具有抗人膀胱癌及促进化疗药疗效的作用报道尚少。对此我们观察了PVP联合ADM对人膀胱癌T24细胞的作用,报道如下。
