摘要
知识创新对高校科研服务提出了新的要求与挑战,本文提出了搭建面向知识创新的高校科研信息服务平台的总体目标和要求,确立了该平台的具体功能结构,而后进一步探讨了该系统的质量控制和管理问题。
Knowledge innovation is a new challenge to scientic research information service for university and college. This paper gives objectives and requirements for this platform, then establishes the function constructure , and explores quality controlling and manaaements about this system.
