载药淀粉微球的反相乳液法合成及吸附性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用反相乳液法合成了载药淀粉微球,表征了微球的形貌和结构特征,研究了工艺条件改变对微球吸附量的影响规律。扫描电镜图片表明,淀粉微球呈圆球形,表面粗糙,孔隙发育。红外光谱图存在酰胺基吸收峰,说明可溶性淀粉与N,N′—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺发生了交联反应。引发剂用量、交联剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素的改变对微球吸附量有显著的影响。 The drug-carried starch microspheres were synthesized in reversed phrase emulsion system. We also focused on the morphologies,structure characteristics and influences of synthesis conditions on adsorption quantity of starch microspheres.The photos of SEM indicate that the starch microspheres are spherical particulates with rough surface and inherent pores.The adsorption peaks of amide group existed in infrared spectrogram proved that the soluble starch had crosslinked with N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide.It had been confirmed that some parameters influenced odviously the adsorption performance of starch microspheres, which included dosage of initiator, dosage of crosslinking agent, reaction temperature and reaction time.
