高糖高脂膳食和链脲佐菌素诱导2型糖尿病模型的建立 被引量:50

摘要 目的:研究高糖高脂膳食和链脲佐菌素诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型的建立。方法:高糖高脂饲料喂养W istar雄性大鼠4周,然后用亚致病剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射。结果:高糖高脂饮食4周后,大鼠出现高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗,链脲佐菌素注射后大鼠出现高血糖症。结论:本研究通过饮食方法结合小剂量链脲佐菌素注射成功制备了2型糖尿病模型,并可作为研究T 2DM及其并发症的理想动物模型。 Objective To study the experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus animal model in rats induced by diets and streptozotocin. Methods Male rats were fed with the diet enriched with high glucose and high fat,and after 4 weeks streptozotocin was injected intraperitoneally. Results Male Wistar rats were fed with high glucose and high fat diet to induce insulin resistance, and then hyperglycemia was developed in these rats with streptozotocin which had been simulated type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The type 2 diabetic mellitus model of Wistar rats could be duplicated with diets and streptozotocin. The model is an ideal one for the study on type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications.
