摘要
采用不同pH值缓冲溶液、不同时间、不同温度对PLA纤维进行湿处理,然后测定强力。结果表明,PLA纤维的强力损伤是处理浴pH、处理温度和处理时间综合作用的结果。强力随处理时间的变化符合指数衰减规律,线性回归的相关性为极显著,其特点是在处理的初始阶段,强力损失的速率较大,但随着时间的延长,强力损失的速率趋缓。
Buffer-controlled different pH value liquids are used to treat PLA fiber. After treated in specified period of time and temperature, the strength of treated fiber is evaluated. The results indicate the pH value of liquor, temperature and time of the treatment are the three main factors impacting the strength of PLA fiber. The regression analysis shows that the correlation between the strength and treatment time is significant, and the fiber strength is changed as exponential decay model of the time, indicating that, at the initial stage of the treatment, the decreasing rate of the fiber strength is relatively higher, but with the extended period of treatment time, the decreasing rate will be gradually decreasing.
