摘要
蛋白质分子印迹聚合物具有高度选择吸附性,能专一性识别蛋白质模板分子.本文综述了蛋白质分子印迹聚合物的制备、选择性识别机制及其选择性吸附的影响因素,并对蛋白质分子印迹技术的应用前景进行了展望.
Proteins molecularly imprinted polymers have the properties of specific absorption and selective recognization of model protein molecules. In this paper , preparation of proteins molecularly imprinted polymers, mechanism of selective recognization , the factors that have the effect on specific absorption, and potential appilacation in the future are reviewed.
