摘要
目的:建立悬浮液进样一石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定紫菜中镉的方法。方法:以1.5g/L的琼脂溶液为悬浮剂,20.0g/LNH4H2PP4为基体改进刺,选择灰化温度为750℃,原子化温度为1100℃的最佳分析条件。结果:检出限为0.5Pg,RSD为2.7%~6.5%。结论:本法测定快速、简单,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a method for GA - AAS with suspension sampling determination of cadmium in laver, Methods: Using 1.5g/L agar as Suspension, 20.0 g/LNH4H2PO4 as matrix modifier, The best analysis condition of ash temperature 750℃ , atomise temperature 1100℃ were selected, Result: The detection limits were 0.5 pg , RSD was2.7 % - 6,5 % for the ~mple. Conclusion: It is effective and simple to test the subject by this method, The result is satisfying.
