摘要
目的:观察富硒灵芝的抗衰老作用。方法:制备大鼠D-半乳糖急性衰老模型,在此模型上用跳台法观察富硒灵芝(0.2g/kg、0.4g/kg、0.8g/kg)对大鼠学习、记忆行为及衰老相关酶(肝组织MDA,肝、脑SOD活力,血清MDA含量及SOD活性,脑、肝组织MAO-B活性)的影响。结果:富硒灵芝能延长大鼠跳台潜伏期,减少错误次数,明显改善衰老模型大鼠的学习记忆能力;明显提高血清及肝、脑组织中的SOD活性,同时可降低血清及肝脑组织中MDA的含量及MAO-B活性。结论:富硒灵芝具有明显的抗衰老作用。
Objective: To observe the antisenility effect of Ganoderma Lucidum rich in selenium. Methods: model rats of D-galactose acute senility were made and to be observed the effect of Ganoderma Lucidum rich in selenium on its' activity of learning and memorizing and enzyme related to senility ( MDA in hepatic tissue, SOD activity in liver and brain, MDA contend and SOD activity in serum, MAO-B activity in brain and hepatic tissue) . Results: Ganoderma Lucidum rich in selenium could prolong the incubation period of diving, reduce the mistake frequency, improve significantly the ability of learning and memorizing of model rats; could increase the SOD activity in serum, brain and hepatic tissue, and at the same time could decrease the MDA content and MAO-B activity in serum, brain and hepatic tissue. Conclusion: Ganoderma Lucidum rich in selenium has a significant effect on antisenility.
