摘要
分析了印度Reliance炼化公司工厂设计的主要特点,具体表现在炼油化工一体化、加工总流程的优化、经济规模和长周期运行设计以及清洁化生产等几个方面,从中得到的一些启示对我国大型炼油化工项目的设计和建设有一定的参考价值。
A case study on the Reliance Refining and Petrochemical Complex in India with regard to its advanced design guidelines and successful operations was introduced. These design guidelines covered topics such as the integration of refining and petrochemicals production,optimization of process configuration, economic scale, minimizing plant down time, manufacture of environmental friendly products and clean production. Valuable information could be used as a reference for the design and construction of large-scale integrated refining and petrochemical projects in China.
