摘要
深入研究编辑流程中的限速步骤并探求可行的调控策略,是关系到缩短科技期刊论文发表时滞的重要课题。专家审稿时限和稿件的退修时限是影响编辑流程正常运行的主要“限速步”,对其现况及成因的分析有利于发现可行的调控策略。基于网络的编辑部稿件管理软件的成功运用,“催审”“催退”常规制度的建立,以及稿件发表“快速通道”的启用,都可作为缩短编辑流程的调控策略。
To study on how to control the speed of procedure is an important project in sci-tech periodical publication. The period of peer review and that of manuscript revision are main factors or key steps influencing the operating of editing flow. The software of management of editorial office based on Internet is helpful, and the establishment of standardization systems of ＂chasing reviewers＂ and ＂chasing revision＂ is essential. Meanwhile, the development of ＂express passway＂ for some high quality papers is a kind of effective strategies of procedure control.
