摘要
老一代编辑学家是我们学习的楷模,《编辑学报》则是我们办好科学杂志的良师益友。在学习和实践中体会到:编辑自身素质和人际交流的能力是新创刊杂志扩大稿源和提高杂志质量的重要条件。
We learn from the senior editors as well as the journal Acta Editologica in our editing practice. It is very important for the new journals to have more contributions and improve the journal quality through the enhancement of editors＇ professional quality and interpersonal communication ability.
