摘要
介绍基于工控组态软件MCGS的船舶轴系监测系统。该系统的主要功能是实现在线监测轴系的运转状况,其原理是通过对轴系运转过程中各个轴承的受力情况、尾轴承润滑油的受压情况以及螺旋桨的受力情况的在线监测和分析比较,及时预测和发现轴系在运转中的不良状况,进而排除故障。
The system of shafting monitoring on the spot of configiration software MCGS is introduced. It can monitor the operation state of shafting on line by monitoring and analyzing the loading on the bearing of shafting, the pressure of lubricating oil upon the tail bearing, the loading upon the screw and so on. So that the system can predict and find the bad state of the shafting in time to remove the trouble.
