摘要
人造板的弹性模量不同于理想弹性体,它依赖于应变和时间,与含水率也有关系。用拉伸和弯曲方法测定弹性模量得到的结果不同,用小试件和大板测定弹性模量得到的结果也不一致。目前非破坏性测定弹性模量的方法尚难以取代产品标准中破坏性的测定力学性能的方法。
The MOE of wood-based panels is different from pure elastomer's. It depends on strain, time as well as moisture of wood-based panels. Its test results are different between tension and bending test methods, as well as between small-specimen and large panel. At present, the method of nondestructive MOE test cannot replace the destructive test in panel's standards yet.
