摘要
英语读写能力一直以来都是外语教学研究的焦点,而要完成相应的读写任务,学生须首先具备信息处理能力。信息处理能力的培养与英语读写课程之间有密切的关系,应将二者相结合之理论上升为教学原则。信息查询的过程就是锻炼语言学习者运用目的语消化、吸收所需信息的能力的过程,这种培养锻炼必将相应地促进学习者语言运用技能的发展,有利于学习者自主学习。
Much has been written about the academic literacy development. What has not yet been discussed is the fact that to complete the academic reading and writing tasks,students need to show that they are information literate. Therefore, the paper describes the theoretical justifications supporting the notion of integrating information literacy instruction into the curriculum of L2 reading and writing English courses and the accompanying pedagogical implications for L2 classrooms. The training of information literacy skills will greatly enhance self-learning and learner autonomy and lead to expected language skills development.
