摘要
随着我国城市化不断深入发展,城市经营日益重要,利用政府门户网站进行地区营销成为快捷、高效和低成本的方式之一。遵循服务导向的原则,从网站目标顾客的角度出发,针对信息服务、互动服务和实质性政务办理服务等构建了评价指标体系,并用内容分析法对我国十五个副省级城市的政府门户网站进行了绩效评估,最后采用非参数检验和回归分析等手段进行了进一步的实证研究。
With the development of the urbanization in our country, city operation is becoming more important, in the circumstances, it is becoming a useful and cheap passport that performance placemarketing by the local governmental portal. In the principle of service orientation and from the perspective of the target buyer, this paper establishes the appraisal index system of information service, mutual communion service and substantial service. It further evaluates the performance of governmental portal of the fifteen vice - provincial cities with the method of content analysis and makes an empirical study with Nonparametric tests and regression analysis.
