摘要
在对现阶段北京市特定社会经济发展背景下农户行为及用地类型转化方向进行基本判断的基础上,指出当前形势下,在生态保护观念深入人心的今天,应通过提高耕地收益来提高农户耕作积极性,并且要结合生态保护这一契机,以保护耕地生态功能来为耕地保护聚集人气,开创耕地保护的新局面,从而缓解耕地减少的状况,并针对北京市不同区域的耕地整理方向提出了自己的见解。
Nowadays the Beijing city has entered into a specific social - economic development phase. In this context the land use type transfer direction and household behavior in the Beijing city are unique. We think we should prevent the decrease of cultivated land by improving the benefit of land use and creating a new cultivated land protecting complexion by the combination with ecology protection. In the end, the cultivated land consolidation direction of different region were advanced.
