美洛昔康对急性单核细胞白血病细胞增殖和凋亡作用的研究 被引量：3

摘要 急性单核细胞白血病（acute monocyte leukemia，M5）有其独特的核型特征和临床表现，血液病研究者一直以来都在努力寻求治疗M5的新方法。目前，环氧化酶2（cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2）抑制剂在消化系统肿瘤等实质肿瘤发生、发展中的作用已得到广泛研究，最近有研究表明，COX-2也参与慢性髓性细胞白血病等血液肿瘤的发生和发展，并起着重要的作用，但COX-2抑制剂在急性单核细胞白血病中的作用尚未见报道。
