摘要
报告６例胰十二指肠区转移癌切除治疗的效果。原发癌：胃癌３例，胃平滑肌肉瘤、胆囊癌及肝门部胆管癌各１例。除１例因肺部感染死于术后３周外，余例已存活２月至１年半。指出门静脉与腔静脉系转移为局限性转移，外科切除最可能获得成功。
