摘要
介绍和分析GIS接地的特点和存在的问题,提出了防止GIS外壳瞬态感应高电位影响运行、检修人员安全的措施。
The characteristic and problems of GIS grounding are introduced and analyzed, some measures for preventing the operation would be effected by instantaneous induced high voltage in the encloser of GIS and pledging the safety of overhaul personnel are presented.
