摘要
为实现电力系统稳定控制装置的网络化通讯需要,设计一种新型远动通讯协议转换器,将远动通讯协议由原来的CDT循环远动协议改为IEC60870-5-104协议,以便于在站内通讯使用CDT协议不变的情况下,远动通讯实现以太网传输。特别针对稳控装置的通讯特点,如命令帧快速性、重要信息安全性做出改进。在实现协议转化的同时,另外还扩展了历史信息数据查询、嵌入式W eb服务器等新功能。硬件上使用I-7188EG型嵌入式通讯控制器。经过前期测试,成功验证了除命令帧快速性外的所有功能。该转换器延长了老式电力通讯装置的使用期限,有很大的实用性和经济性。
This paper designs a new protocol convert. It mainly aims the need of Ethernet communication for telecontrol apparatus of power system,which need to keep the CDT protocol in substation and use IEC60870 -5 - 104 protocol in the telecontrol communication. The transport of IEC60870 - 5 - 104 protocol bases on TCP/IP in the application layer. Especially, for the characteristic of stability device, several improvement, such as celerity for some important command frame, security for some file, are adopted . In addition, two new functions are added. They are web server and history data research in a database. In terms of hardware,I -7188EG embedded control is used. By the test, all the anticipating functions are validated, except for the celerity of command frame. This protocol convert, which prolongs the service life of some old telecontrol apparatus, can play a important role in economical efficiency and practicability.
