摘要
要搞好陕西的信息化建设,就要善于发现和寻求新的闪光点,即文化产业信息化、教育再生信息化、社区信息化以及环境保护信息化。为此,必须培养“品牌人才,”建立企业信息主管制度,建立畅通高效的信息保障体系,注重信息化“后效应,”营造“后信息化”时代。
To refine the construction of informationization in Shaanxi, it is obliged to discover and seek new highlights. That is, the informationization of culture industry, education rebirth, community, environmental protection. Hence it is entailed to train ＂brand intellectual＂, establish the institution of authority over enterprise information, build up highly efficient information-security system without any disturbance and pay special attention to informationization, ＂post-effects＂, the cultivation of an era of ＂pest- informationization＂.
