摘要
在离体新鲜羊胫骨湿骨18个标本上作不截骨加压(A组)、截骨张力带加压(B组)、截骨无张力带加压(C组),利用电阻应变测量技术记录和分析不同加压状态下压应力随时间变化规律。结只是三种加压状态的应力随时间衰减幅度相近,A,B,C组分别为14.15%,16.18%,16.81%。加压后前4h呈快速衰减期,第4到10h呈慢速衰减期,10h以后呈微量衰减期,哀减持续时间分别为22h,28h,40h.实验结论对深入研究有理论指导意义。
In this article,fresh tibia of sheep was used to build fixation models, which were intact bone with plate compression osteosynthesis (Group A),osteotomied bone fixed by tension band and compression plate(Group B). osteotomied bone only with plate compression osteosynthesis. Stress-gauge measurement technique was used to detect possible decline of compressive force regarding to three kinds of fixation,The results showed that compressive stress of Group A,B and C declined separately in 14. 15%, 16. 18%and 16. 81% after fixation, and stress declined rapidly during starting 4 hours, slowly from the 4th to the 10th hour, slightly after the 10th hour.
