工业生产纳米二氧化钛的工艺方案与设备选型 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了不同工业规模生产纳米二氧化钛的水解反应、反应产物的水洗:50t/a~1000t/a生产规模的水解反应采用间歇搅拌釜式反应器,1000t/a及以上规模采用直接蒸汽加热、快速冷却的水解工艺;1000t/a以下规模的反应产物水洗采用多孔陶瓷膜,1000t/a以上规模则采用隔膜压滤机与摩尔过滤机组合或直接用摩尔过滤机水洗。对喷雾干燥、回转炉和旋流动态煅烧炉-闪蒸组合干燥等几种煅烧方式的生产特点、产品晶型的影响、适用的规模和存在的问题进行了讨论。 The article introduced hydrolysis and washing of reactant in different scale of industrial production of nano-TiO2. Intermittent stirred reactor was used in hydrolysis in productive scale from 50t/a to 1000t/a, while heating directly by steam and quick cooling process was applied to that of above 1000t/a. In washing of reactant, porous ceramic membrane was used in productive scale of no more than 1000 t/a. Membrane press filter and Moor filter were used or washing twice with Moor filter directly in production when the scale was above 1000t/a . Some calcinations including spray drying, rotary dryer and dynamic rotating flow calcinator-spin flash dryer were discussed. Meanwhile, crystal form, the appropriate scale and existing problem were also discussed.
