摘要
目的探讨综合康复治疗与护理对脑卒中整体功能和生活质量的影响。方法依据入选标准纳入40例脑卒中患者。早期针对患者存在的运动和认知功能障碍积极介入康复护理。对比观察康复护理干预前后患者的功能综合评定、改良Barthel指数和生活质量评定。结果功能综合评定、改良Barthel指数和生活质量评定分别在初次评定时无显著性差别(P>0.05),在末评时有显著性差别(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理对脑卒中功能恢复和生活质量的提高有促进作用。
Aim To study the effects of the early comprehensive rehabilitation on functional restoration and quality of life （QL） in patients with stroke. Methods Total 40 patients with stroke were given active rehabilitation nursing. All patients were assessed respectively with the Functional Comprehensive Assessment （FCA）, Modified Barthel Index （MBI） , and WHO quality of life assessment instrument brief version （WHOQL-BREF） questionnaire of Chinese version at the admission and the end of 8 weeks after admission. Results There was significant difference between first assessment and last assessment on FCA scores , MBI scores and QL scores （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing can improve the functional status and QL of patients with stroke.
