摘要
用各种动力学方程和机理函数对乳化基质、乳化炸药(由气泡、玻璃空心微球和树脂微球敏化)和乳化粉状炸药的差示扫描量热(密封池和非密封池)实验结果进行了研究,得到了这些物质的动力学参数和热分解机理函数.乳化基质、乳化炸药(气泡敏化)和乳化粉状炸药的活化能分别为160±5,95±5,140±5kJ/mol,乳化基质和乳化粉状炸药的热分解最可几函数(积分形式G(α))均为1-α.
On the basis of various kineticequations and mechanism functions, thermal decomposotion kinetic behaviors for emulsion matrix, emulsion explosive sensited by chemical foaming agents, glass microalloon and resin microballoon, and powder emulsion explosive have been studied by DSC curves obtained with scaled oh of stainless steel and open cells of aluminum. The activation energy for emulsion matrix, emulsion explosive (sensitized by chemical foaming agents), and powder emulsion explosive are 160± 5, 95± 5 and 140±5kJ/mol aspdrively. The most probable meChanism func tion (integral form) for both emulsion matrix and powder emulsion explosive is 1 -α.
