摘要
含水型相变材料具有很大的储热效能,本实验通过采用表面活性剂将水分散于低熔点石蜡中,按照水、低熔点石蜡、树脂基体质量比为5:20:80配比制得含水型树脂基定形相变材料。显微分析显示,石蜡和水的包合体在基体中分散均匀,包合体中水呈梭型,包合体粒径分布范围在2~10μm之间。
Containing water phase change matenals nave enormous neat storage capacity. Through the surface active agent, dispersing the water into the low melt point paraffin, based on the weight ratio of water, low melt point paraffin , epoxy resin is 5: 20: 80, the containing water phase change material was yielded. The microscopy a- nalysis reveals that the paraffin and water inclusion bodies are uniformity dispersion in the basal body, the inclusion body show as the shuttle, and the particle diameter of the inclusion body between 2 -10μm.
